White Wine - Full-bodied and tasty

Nuanced, fruity, very fresh taste with notes of barrel, green apples, pears, elder, citrus, almonds and herbs. Served at 8-10 °C as an aperitif, or with fish or seafood dishes, preferably salads. Grown on Clay and Sand soil in Southerns Sweden on the peninsula Kullaberg.

Fragrance: Nuanced, fruity aroma with hints of barrels, green apples, pears, elderberries, citrus and herbs.
Grapes: Solaris, Souvignier Gris, Mix of different grapes we grow in smaller quantities
Sugar content: <0,3 g/l
Served at: 12-14 ° C 
Pairs with: It pairs well with fish, seafood, light meats ar as a companion drink.
